- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Property and Casualty License (required)
- Reside in Florida (preferred)
- Positive Outlook & Disposition
- Coachable and Eager to Learn
- Willingness to Learn New Programs and Processes
- Reliable
- Outbound sales 1 year (Required)
- State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, Geico, AAA, or Geico 1 year (Required)
- P&C or Personal lines License (Required)
